Where This Comes From
My work comes from two worlds:
- The business side — margins, seasonality, cashflow pressure, responsible scaling.
- The psychology side — emotions, hesitation, perception, persuasion.
I also graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication, majoring in Advertising & Public Relations — a field that shaped my understanding of how people respond to messages and why certain ideas convert better than others.
The Way I Think
I always work from two perspectives at the same time — the brand’s goals and the customer’s emotions. When both are aligned, the outcome becomes predictable, sustainable, and genuinely profitable.
